Introduction

  • This production line is composed of the following machines: bottle unscrambler, ultrasonic washing machine, sterilization tunnel, liquid or powder filling and stoppering machine, capping machine. Each machine can be used alone or in linkage production.
  • Efficiently producing large-capacity liquids, including infusion, injection, and medicinal products, this system also caters to the manufacturing of oral liquid bottles and small-dose solutions.
  • It is suitable for syrups, tinctures, health products and other liquids with different viscosity in the pharmaceutical and food industries packaging line production.

Function and Features

  • Mechanical gripper holds the bottle around the washing machine, applied to different size of bottle.
  • Bottle does not stop while washing process, the water and air nozzle following the moving bottle and insert into ampoule, good quality washing effect, WFI economy.
  • The circulating water pipe and fine washing water pipe is separated fitted, there is no cross-contamination.
  • Add buffering block in front of the spiral screw to prevent bottlebroken and protect the spiral screw.
  • Bottle out-feeding section adopts cellular-belts to transfer bottle, it is more stable and reliable.
  • Far-infrared exert on the ampoule while sterilizing, excellent temperate distribution.
  • Filling the bottle only irrigation, no bottle no grip cover function.
  • Stop filling if there is no bottle, stop capping if there is no bottle. PLC control the whole machine. Inverter and touchable screen is used in control system, so the machine is stable and reliable during running.
  • The touchable screen can display running status of all unit machine, water pressures, gas pressures and temperatures of all controlled point, can display the status of all switches and its faults, faults self-diagnosis, faults analysis and its solutions. The washing-sterilizing-filling and sealing inter-linkage balancing device. All of these make the compact line in automatic control, making production process stable and reliable.
