An essential part of our aseptic filling machine portfolio are our vial filling machines. These machines accommodate various medications, including liquids, powders, and suspensions, with customizable settings for accurate dosing. These fillers are equally suitable for small and large batch filling, for development, and for clinical studies. 


Our innovative automatic vial filling equipment is developed to be used in sterile areas or clean rooms, in compliance with the cGMP requirements. The areas of application inside the pharmaceutical industry are diverse: vaccines and biologics can be filled as well as cell and gene therapies, regardless of whether they are single or multi-dose products.

Vial Filling Complete Line Solutions
Step1: Ultrasonic washing
Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine adopts the combination of ultrasonic cleaning and separate pressure jet washing of water and gas.
This machine mainly used to wash penicillin vials, oral liquid bottles and ampoules.
Step2: Sterilizing& Drying
Laminar flow sterilization tunnel for washed vial dry sterilization and heat removal.
Three working areas: preheat, heating, cooling. All areas mounted on a chrome-treated steel base plate. 
Step3: Filling& Stoppering
Vial Filling & Stoppering Machine accurately fills vials with liquids or powders and securely applies stoppers, ensuring efficient and sterile packaging.
Step4: Capping
Vial Capping Machine securely seals vials with caps, ensuring the integrity and sterility of the contents.

Introduction 

  • Soft gel encapsulation line is suitable for filling a certain amounts of prepared medicine solutions into two lines gelatin sheet and forming soft gelatin capsules or balls with various size, shape and color after compression under the action of one pair opposite movable molds.
  • It consists of compression system, gelatin melting system, raw material compounding system, shaping and drying system, cleaning system, recycling system etc. During gelatin compression and forming, it can be finalized within the sealed cavity so as to avoid coming across medicine oxygenation. 
  • All material contact parts are made of SS316L in full compliance with “GMP” standard requirements.

  • Injecting medicine part adopts advanced linearity driving system, and it makes sure that the precision of charging and filling is less than 2%. 
  • The gelatin ribbon is lubricated by fine oil supply technology in order to lower the consumption of Lubrication oil. 
  • High quality capsule deferent equipment adopts food conveyer belt authorized by American FDA.
  • Advanced process and assembly technical make the complete appliance quality stabilization, high working rate, and good shape pill.
  • Adopt automatic system project of supplying capsule and material to reduce workers' labor intensity according to GMP requirement.
  • Adopt the nonpoisonous materials to human body or now dropping matters into medicine liquid in this machine and medicine liquid, and the touching parts for gelatin.
